About
About Lance:
There are a few things I would like to build my own version of with Arduino (in no particular order):
- A MAME controller using a Virtual USB keyboard
- A huge LED matrix for scrolling text & patterns
- A web server or Twitter client device
- A musical instrument like a laser harp
- A remote camera rig for kite aerial photography
- Something with RGB LEDs along the lines of 112 RGB LED Coffee Table
- A robot such as a Coasterbot
So do I know what I’m doing? Maybe. Not really. But I’m going to try & I’m willing to share all my successes & (likely) failures with the world. We all have to start somewhere.
About Scott:
Unlike Lance who has enough knowledge of the subject to produce a list of projects he’d like to complete; I have none. In an effort not to have my ‘about me’ section tiny I submit this.
- Make a LED blink once
- Make a LED blink twice
- Make a LED blink thrice (yes, I said thrice)
So do I know what I’m doing? Absolutely not. Up until a few days ago I thought a breadboard was found in a kitchen cabinet. I’m learning from the very beginning so my post will be geared more for the absolute novice. In other words, while Lance is creating a ‘laser harp‘ I’ll be trying not to solder my fingers together, so…enjoy.
